Tube Fabrication

Our press equipment allows us to be cost competitive for high volume, tooled part requirements. With press brake and shear equipment, we also have the flexibility to manufacture low volume, short-run requirements and sample parts with minimal tooling in a timely manner.

This flexibility allows us to provide both samples and production in a cost effective manner.

Mercury Products' tube forming and fabrication capabilities range from 1/4" through 3". We have equipment to produce products by both compression bending and mandrel bending depending on the requirements. Materials include stainless, aluminum and carbon tubing.

Other tube fabrication capabilities include a wide range of finishing processes such as: expanding, reducing, bead forming, thread forming, and sizing. Mercury Products offers both component and full assembly capabilities to meet an extensive array of production needs.
